Medical Consequences of What Homosexuals Do

Throughout history, the major civilizations and religions condemned homosexuality.1 

In the American colonies, homosexual acts were a capital offense. Thomas Jefferson said that homosexuality should “be punished, if a man, by castration, if a woman, by cutting through the cartilage of her nose a hole of one-half inch in diameter at least.”2 

Until 1961 homosexual acts were illegal throughout America.

Gays claim that the “prevailing attitude toward homosexuals in the U.S. and many other countries is revulsion and hostility…. for acts and desires not harmful to anyone.”3 

TheAmerican Psychological Association and the American Public Health Associationassured the U.S. Supreme Court in 1986 that “no significant data show that engaging in… oral and anal sex, results in mental or physical dysfunction.”4

Is the historic stance against homosexuality merely one of prejudice? Is homosexual behavior really as harmless as gays and these health associations assert?

 

Homosexuals Die Young

 

Smokers and drug addicts don’t live as long as non-smokers or non-addicts, so we consider smoking and narcotics abuse harmful. The typical lifespan of homosexuals suggests that their activities are more destructive than smoking and about as dangerous as drugs.

In a pioneering study5, 6,737 obituaries from 18 U.S. homosexual journals during and after the height of the AIDS epidemic (13 years total) were compared to a large sample of obituaries from regular newspapers.

The obituaries from the regular newspapers were similar to U.S. averages for longevity: the median age of death of married, never-divorced men was 75 and 80% of them died old (age 65 or older).

For unmarried or divorced men, the median age of death was 57 and 32% of them died old. Married, never-divorced women averaged 79 at death; 85% died old. Unmarried and divorced women averaged age 71 and 60% of them died old.

The median age of death for homosexuals, however, was virtually the same nationwide — and, overall, about 2% survived to old age. If AIDS was the listed cause of death, the median age was 39.

For the 829 gays who were listed as dying of something other than AIDS, the median age of death was 42 and 9% died old. The 163 lesbians had a median age of death of 44 and 20% died old.

Even when AIDS was apparently not involved, homosexuals frequently met an early demise. Three percent of gays died violently. They were 116 times more apt to be murdered (compared to national murder rates), much more apt to commit suicide, and had high traffic-accident death-rates.

Heart attacks, cancer, and liver failure were exceptionally common. 18% of lesbians died of murder, suicide, or accidents — a rate 456 times higher than that of white females aged 25-44. Age distributions of samples of homosexuals in the scientific literature from 1858 to 1997 suggest a similarly shortened lifespan.

Follow-up studies of homosexual longevity have confirmed these general results. Comparison of gay obituaries who died of AIDS to official U.S. HIV/AIDS Surveillance data demonstrated very close agreement between the estimated median ages of death, as well as the 25th and 75th percentiles of the age-at-death distribution.6 

Another study looked at multiple lines of evidence — including more recent U.S. obituaries and patterns of homosexual partnerships in Scandinavia — again finding that homosexual behavior was associated with a shortening of life of probably two decades.7

What Homosexuals Do

 

Several major surveys on homosexual behavior are summarized in Table 1.

Two things stand out:

1) Homosexuals behave similarly world-over

2) As Harvard Medical Professor, Dr. William Haseltine, noted in 1993,8 the “changes in sexual behavior that have been reported to have occurred in some groups have proved, for the most part, to be transient.

For example, bath houses and sex clubs in many cities have either reopened or were never closed.”

Oral Sex: 

Homosexuals fellate almost all of their sexual contacts (and ingest semen from about half of these18). Semen contains many of the germs carried in the blood, so gays who practice oral sex incur medical risks akin to consuming raw human blood.

Since the penis frequently has tiny lesions (and often will have been in unsanitary places such as a rectum), individuals so involved may become infected with hepatitis A or gonorrhea (and even HIV and hepatitis B).

Since many contacts occur between strangers (70% of gays estimated that they had had sex only once with over half of their partners19), and gays average somewhere between 1020 and 11021 different partners/year, the potential for infection is considerable.

 

Rectal Sex: 

Surveys indicate that about 90% of gays have engaged in rectal intercourse, and about two-thirds do it regularly.22 In a 6-month long study of daily sexual diaries,23 gays averaged 110 sex partners and 68 rectal encounters a year.

Rectal sex is dangerous. During rectal intercourse, the rectum becomes a mixing bowl for

  • saliva and its germs and/or an artificial lubricant,
  • the recipient’s own feces,
  • whatever germs, infections or substances the penis has on it, and
  • the seminal fluid of the inserter.

Sperm, which is immunocompromising24, readily penetrate the rectal lining (which is only one cell thick), and tearing or bruising of the anal wall is very common during anal/penile sex.

Because of this, these substances gain almost direct access to the blood stream. Unlike heterosexual intercourse — in which sperm cannot penetrate the multilayered vagina and no feces are present — rectal intercourse is probably the most sexually efficient way to spread hepatitis B, HIV, syphilis, and a host of other blood-borne diseases.

Tearing or ripping of the anal wall is especially likely during “fisting,” where the hand and possibly arm is inserted into the rectum. It is also common when “toys” are employed (homosexual lingo for objects which are inserted into the rectum — bottles, carrots, even gerbils25).

The risk of contamination and/or having to wear a colostomy bag from such “sport” is very real. Fisting was apparently so rare in Kinsey’s time that he didn’t think to ask about it. By 1977, a third of gays admitted to doing it.26 

The rectum was not designed to accommodate the fist, and those who do so can find themselves consigned to ‘leakage’ for life. Anal cancer is 24 times27 and hepatitis C 10 times28 more prevalent in gays.

 

Fecal Sex: 

About 80% of gays (see Table) admit to licking and/or inserting their tongues into the anus of partners and thus ingesting medically significant amounts of feces. Those who eat or wallow in it are probably at even greater risk.

In the diary study,29 70% of the gays had engaged in this activity — half regularly over 6 months. Result? —the “annual incidence of hepatitis A in… homosexual men was 22 percent, whereas no heterosexual men acquired hepatitis A.”

In 1992, it was noted that the proportion of London gays engaging in oral/anal sex had not declined since 1984.30

While the body has defenses against fecal germs, exposure to the fecal discharge of dozens of strangers each year is extremely unhealthy. Ingestion of human waste is the major route of contracting hepatitis A and the enteric parasites collectively known as the Gay Bowel Syndrome.

Consumption of feces has also been implicated in the transmission of typhoid fever,31 herpes, and cancer.32 About 10% of gays have eaten or played with [e.g., enemas, wallowing in feces].

In the late 1970s, the San Francisco Department of Public Health saw “75,000 patients per year, of whom 70 to 80 per cent are homosexual men…. An average of 10 per cent of all patients and asymptomatic contacts reported [to the Department]… because of positive fecal samples or cultures for amoeba, giardia, and shigella infections were employed as food handlers in public establishments; almost 5 per cent of those with hepatitis A were similarly employed.”33

In 1976, a rare airborne scarlet fever broke out among gays and just missed sweeping through San Francisco.34 A 1982 Swedish study “suggested that some transmission [of hepatitis A] from the homosexual group to the general population may have occurred.”35

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control reported that 29% of the hepatitis A cases in Denver, 66% in New York, 50% in San Francisco, 56% in Toronto, 42% in Montreal, and 26% in Melbourne in the first six months of 1991 were among gays.36

 

Urine Sex: 

About 10% of Kinsey’s gays reported having engaged in “golden showers” [drinking or being splashed with urine]. In the largest survey of gays ever conducted,3723% admitted to urine-sex. In a large random survey of gays,38 29% reported urine-sex.

In a San Francisco study of 655 gays,39 only 24% claimed to have been monogamous in the past year. Of these monogamous gays, 5% drank urine, 7% practiced “fisting,” 33% ingested feces via anal/oral contact, 53% swallowed semen, and 59% received semen in their rectum during the previous month.

 

Other Gay Sex Practices

 

Sadomasochism: 

As Table 1 indicates, a large minority of gays engage in torture for sexual fun (15% of lesbians engaged in “piercing, cutting or whipping to the point of bleeding” with their lovers40).

 

Sex with Minors: 

25% of white gays41 admitted to sex with boys 16 or younger as adults. In a 10-state study,42 33% of the 181 male, and 22% of the 18 female teachers caught molesting students did so homosexually even though less than 3% of men and 2% of women are bisexual or homosexual.43

Depending on the study, the percent of gays reporting sex in public restrooms ranged from 14%44 to 41%45 to 66%.46 The percent reporting sex in gay baths varies from 9%47to 60%48 and 67%.49 Furthermore, 45%,50 64%,51 and 90%52 said that they used illegal drugs.

Fear of AIDS may have reduced the volume of gay sex partners, but the numbers are prodigious by any standard. In Spain,53 gays averaged 42 per year in 1989; in an eight year longitudinal study in Amsterdam, the figure was 25 per year in 1994.54 

Lesbians do not have as many partners, but neither is their sex life confined to other women. Of 498 San Francisco lesbians in a U.S. Centers for Disease Control study in 1993, 81% reported sex with men and 10% sex with gays in the last 3 years. Another 4% reported intravenous drug use.55

Medical Consequences of Homosexual Sex

 

Death and disease accompany promiscuous and unsanitary sexual activity. Between 70%56 and 78%57 of gays report having had a sexually transmitted disease. The proportion with intestinal parasites (worms, flukes, amoeba) has ranged from 25%58 to 39%.59 As of 2012, 55% of U.S. AIDS cases had occurred in gays and 30,000 U.S. gays were contracting HIV every year.60

The Seattle sexual diary study61 found that, averaged on a yearly basis, gays:

  • fellated 108 men and swallowed semen from 48;
  • exchanged saliva with 96;
  • experienced 68 penile penetrations of the anus; and
  • ingested fecal material from 19.

No wonder 10% came down with hepatitis B and 7% contracted hepatitis A during the 6-month study.

The Gay Legacy

 

Homosexuals rode into the dawn of sexual freedom and returned with a plague that has destroyed many of them. Those who treat AIDS patients are at risk, not only from HIV infection, which as of 1996 involved about 200 health care workers,62 but also from TB and new strains of other diseases.63 Those who are housed with AIDS patients are also at risk.64

At least eight new sexually transmitted germs were identified between 1980 and 1997.65Dr. Max Essex, chair of the Harvard AIDS Institute, warned congress in 1992 that “AIDS has already led to other kinds of dangerous epidemics… If AIDS is not eliminated, other new lethal microbes will emerge, and neither safe sex nor drug free practices will prevent them.”66 

At least eight, and perhaps as many as 30 patients67 had been infected with HIV by health care workers as of 1992 including from dentists, nurses, and surgeons.68

The Biological Swapmeet

 

The typical sexual practices of homosexuals are a medical horror story — imagine exchanging saliva, feces, semen and/or blood with dozens of different men each year.

Imagine drinking urine, ingesting feces and experiencing rectal trauma on a regular basis. Often these encounters occur while the participants are drunk, high, and/or in an orgy setting.

Further, many of them occur in extremely unsanitary places (bathrooms, dirty peep shows), or, because homosexuals travel so frequently, in other parts of the world.

Every year, a quarter or more of homosexuals visit another country.69 Fresh American germs get taken to Europe, Africa, and Asia. And fresh pathogens from these continents come here. Foreign homosexuals regularly visit the U.S. and participate in this biological swapmeet.

Unfortunately, the danger of these exchanges does not merely affect homosexuals. Travelers carried so many tropical diseases to New York City that it had to institute a tropical disease center, and gays carried HIV from New York City to the rest of the world.70 

Most of the 12,642 Americans who got AIDS from contaminated blood as of 1992 received it from homosexuals and most of the women in California who got AIDS through heterosexual activity got it from men who engaged in homosexuality.71

There is a pattern here that we ignore at our peril. Homosexual practices create a third-world level of sanitation and chronic disease unknown to most Westerners.

With the rise of new contagious diseases, homosexuality not only raises our medical costs, it increases the hazards of giving and getting medical care, receiving blood, and eating out.

Genuine Compassion

 

Society is legitimately concerned with health risks — they impact our taxes and everyone’s chances of illness and injury. Because we care about them, smokers are discouraged from smoking by higher insurance premiums, taxes on cigarettes and bans against smoking in public.

These social pressures cause many to quit. They likewise encourage non-smokers to stay non-smokers.

Homosexuals are sexually troubled people engaging in dangerous activities. Because we care about them and those tempted to join them, it is important that we neither encourage nor legitimize such a destructive lifestyle.

I have recently been asked by a number of people what my thoughts are regarding Christians who are homosexual. This is definitely a hot topic, and I am sure some will take exception to what my personal views are. Also check out the bottom of the article for a video and another article I have linked to. As I am sure there will quite some debating in the comment section, please be friendly, and keep it short if you can – Cornel Marais

The direct blunt question is really ‘Can a person be saved and a homosexual at the same time?’ My answer is yes and no, depending on how you define a few concepts. This is because I believe it comes down to a question of identity as well as your value system.

 

Firstly as a Christian, you are to find your identity in Christ. Jesus is the cornerstone of your true identity. 1 John 4:17 says that we are as Jesus is in this world. Now I don’t believe Jesus is a homosexual (since He is waiting for a bride, not a groom) therefore to claim or express a Christian homosexual identity is not a true expression of your real identity, which is Christ. In the same way that murder, living in adultery, stealing or lying is not an expression of one’s true Christ-like identity, or the expression of Christ in me.

 

Secondly, where do get your value system from? If you get it from your feelings, then your values will change with your feelings. Saying homosexuality is right because you were born that way and can’t help your feelings, passions and desires leads down a slippery slope. What if another person claims that they were born to rape children? They also say they can’t help their feelings, passions and desires, so therefore raping children is right in their opinion. Who are you to judge them? Feelings and passions towards certain actions don’t make the actions right.

 

One’s value system cannot be based on one’s feelings; otherwise your values will change with your mood swings. It needs to come from an unchangeable source. As a Christian, we find our value system in Christ, and as such homosexuality is once again ousted. Now to make this claim I have to take the stance that homosexuality is a sin, because sin is not an expression of Christ’s identity nor His value system.

 

Now many of the people who will disagree with me when I say it is a sin will now tell me that if I believe this to be a sin and voice my opinion of it, that I will have to equally oppose things like shaving my beard, eating pork and wearing clothes weaved of different materials, things I willingly do all the time.

 

This is actually a very typical argument that assumes I define sin by the law. I don’t. The law was never applicable to me thus the prohibitions made in it are not for me either. I define homosexuality as a sin based on the definition of sin: To miss the mark. Let me explain:

 

Human beings were created by God way before the law. And even before the fall of man, they had a purpose to fulfill: Bear His image, subdue the earth, be fruitful and multiply. As I have already said, Jesus is not a homosexual, so already here homosexuality misses the marked purpose of bearing His image.

 

Since it is also impossible for two men or two woman to procreate, they also miss the mark on the be fruitful and multiply front. Since they can’t multiply, they will only be able to subdue and tend the earth for one generation before going extinct. Based on those three missed marks, I hold that homosexuality is a sin.

 

Now before someone set the hounds on me, I differentiate between only 2 kinds of sin. Forgiven and unforgiven. Homosexuality falls into the forgiven kind since the only unforgiven sin that remains is unbelief in Christ. So when I teach, as I have done since learning about grace, that our sins are forgiven past, present and future, then I include homosexuality in that.

 

Yes, homosexuality is forgiven just like any other sin, past present and future. So no matter what expression of sin you still have in your life after salvation, be it porn, drugs, adultery, stealing, homosexuality or whatever, Christ has provided forgiveness for that. So based on that principle, I believe a person can be truly saved and yet still live their life contrary to their reborn nature, which includes amongst others, homosexuality.

 

That being said, I believe Jesus is fully capable of having a relationship with people no matter their sexual preferences. I don’t know about you but sex is not all life is about and my identity is certainly not defined by my sex-life. It is merely one part, it is not the only part. I can at times fail to express Christ in me in one area, but excel at expressing Him in many other areas.

 

Despite the fact that I personally have many faults in my life, from character flaws to the occasional behavioral missteps, I am still able to reveal and express Christ. He is expressed despite my shortcomings, my mistakes, my faults and my weaknesses, but that does not excuse them for He has supplied me with the power to live free of them. There are things I am working on and renewing my mind by His grace daily. I have not arrived, but I have left.

 

Whilst thinking on all these things I kept being drawn to the story of Jesus and the woman caught in the act of adultery. When I asked Jesus why, He told me to substitute any other sin in the place of adultery. (See John 8:4)

 

And they said to Him, “Teacher, this person was caught in homosexuality, in the very act.”

 

And they said to Him, “Teacher, this person was caught watching porn, in the very act.”

 

And they said to Him, “Teacher, this person was caught stealing, in the very act.”

 

And they said to Him, “Teacher, this person was caught lying, in the very act.”

 

Jesus response was that he who has not sinned could throw the first stone. Since all have sinned, nobody can throw any stones except Jesus. After all the condemning hypocrites have left, Jesus turns to whomever is caught in whichever act and tells them He does not condemn them. Then He adds, go and sin no more.

 

When I hear those words, ‘Go and sin no more’ I am not hearing a conditional release or a law to obey. I am hearing an encouragement from Jesus. I hear Him empowering me to live free from sin by saying, ‘When you live this way, you are choosing to live below the best I have for you. Go and live in the abundance I have provided and forget about these things that merely rob you of precious elements of life. Look, the doors of the prison are open, leave and be free.’

 

After this Jesus asked me how I think He would react if this same woman were again caught in the act of adultery a few days later? I said, ‘The same way?’ and He said, ‘Exactly. Where sin abounds grace abounds much more. I can see the true woman, and I love her. These affairs are not who she really is.”

 

God has made us kings, and when we choose to live as paupers, it does not take away from the fact that we are kings. But once we see and come to experience life as kings, living like paupers will not be appealing to us at all. If you had $10 million dollars in the bank, would you choose to live on the streets?

 

Having said all that let me readdress the question from the start of this article. Can a person be saved and a homosexual at the same time? No. One is either a Christian or a homosexual. You can’t express two contrasting identities at the same time. 1 Cor 6:9-11 makes this clear. Verse 11 says ‘and such were some of you.’ That means that there was a change in identity. You are no longer a homosexual, an adulterer, a drunk, a thief or any of the other sin identities listed.

 

Can a person be saved and ACT in homosexual ways? Yes. Just like a person can be saved, go through a divorce, gossip, commit adultery, get drunk and do many of the other things listed in the same verses. Yet we don’t call their salvation into question as readily.

 

Salvation is a change in identity, and subsequently a change in the expression of identity. So when a saved person with a new nature chooses to engage in homosexuality, they are merely acting in a particular manner, they are not expressing their true selves in one particular area. Even the word act is a word that means to pretend. You are merely pretending, you are not being your real self.

 

Robin Williams played the role of a gay man, Armand Goldman, in the 1996 movie, ‘The Birdcage’. Williams is heterosexual in real life, Armand was only an act, a role he portrayed. To say you are a Christian and a homosexual is like saying Armand Goldman is the true identity while Robin Williams is an act. If Williams were to dress as Armand and go about his everyday life acting like Armand, people who know him will soon ask, ‘What are you doing? You are Robin Williams, not Armand Goldman.’ Your real identity is not homosexual, but you can choose to act homosexually.

 

Further to this there is the question about expressing sexuality in eternity. Scripture is not very clear on that so we can only speculate. Yet Matt 22:30 says that in heaven we will not marry nor be given in marriage. Sex outside of marriage is called a sin by various Old and New Testament writers, which can lead one to conclude that if we aren’t to marry nor are given in marriage, perhaps sexual intercourse is no longer a driving passion in heaven.

 

Perhaps the joys and pleasure experienced in our glorified bodies in heaven will make sex pale in comparison. With our glorified bodies we will be holy and complete on all levels, just like Jesus. Completeness means there is no longer any need. That would logically include sexual needs. If heaven is a divine place without need and want, then sexual intercourse might not be high priority there since it is almost entirely a need and want based passion.

 

And keeping with the Christ-like identity, if you are a Christian who engages in homosexuality, I believe that once you get to heaven you will no longer express that identity because you will be completely expressed in your true form, Christ-like, and that does not include homosexuality for Christ is not a homosexual.

 

Now I know this article is not all encompassing, but at this point in time this is my current conclusion.

 

You might believe you were born a certain way, but as a Christian, you are reborn in a different way.

Can You Be Gay And Christian At The Same Time?

Can you be both Gay and Christian at the same time?
The answer is both yes and no.
I’m not being evasive or politically correct.
This is a complex issue and an accurate answer depends on the perspective you’re looking at it from.
Let me explain:
.

Part 1

.
The first perspective is to look at the question from the point of view that the person is already a Christian and we ask:
Can someone be Gay and Christian at the same time? The answer is yes!
Can you be a Christian and be a thief at the same time? Many Christians refuse to pay their Tithes and give Offerings to God and God condemns this in the book of Malachi chapter 3 verse 8 calling them “Robbers.”
Can a Christian be a Liar? Some Christians habitually lie on their Tax Return Forms every year or practice lying as part of their job – The Receptionist who says her boss is not in, knowing full well he’s seated right in his office.
Can you be a Christian and a Fornicator? Some Christians practice pre-marital sex as though God has changed his laws to suit this 21st century hedonistic culture.
What’s my point?
Being born again, which is to become a Christian is only 1/3 of your journey of salvation.
After the born again experience the Bible teaches us that we now have to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. (Phil 2:12)
Working out your salvation means building Christian character day by day through the decisions you make and how much you’re willing to die to your own selfish pleasures in order to honor God.
Each of the examples above represents someone who’s decided to receive the first part of salvation but has not been very successful in working on the second part.
They are contented to become born again and have their spirits transformed but not do the necessary work to have their soul saved also.

The Salvation of the Soul

There are three levels of salvation:
The salvation of the spirit – Justification.
The salvation of soul – Sanctification.
The salvation of body – Glorification. (See Romans 8:30 & 1st Corinthians 6:11)
After you experience justification through being born again your spirit is now re-created in the image of God and you have the nature of God on the inside of you. You are saved and on your way to Heaven and nothing can change that.
It’s a permanent work done by God.
The first part of your salvation journey is over, now here comes part two.
God says you have to begin doing something for yourself. You have to start saving your own soul.
This may sound like a contrary doctrine until you understand that your soul and your mind are one and the same thing.
The Hebrew word for soul in Genesis chapter 2 verse 7 is “Nephesh” meaning “Mind or Mental Creature” the Greek word for soul is “Psuche” from which we get “Psychic, Psychosis and Psychology” all pertaining to the mind.
So, “saving your soul” and “renewing your mind” is exactly the same concept and the Bible says a lot about renewing your mind. This is the second level of salvation called sanctification – separation from the seduction of Sin.
As a matter of fact James says, “…receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.” (Jam 1:21)
James was speaking to Christians – People who already had their spirits saved by being born again! And he was telling them they needed to do something to save their souls.
So, can someone be a Christian and not walk according to the truth of the word of God? Yes!
Can someone be a Christian and not live according to the principles of the kingdom of God? Yes!
Can someone be a Christian and adopt a Gay lifestyle at the same time? Yes!

 

Backslide Into Homosexuality

I know of a man of God who preached and taught the word of God with power and revelation and who backslid and practiced homosexuality for some time before he repented and turned again to the Lord. For a time he was both Gay and Christian.
Can someone be Gay and Christian at the same time? Yes they can!
Did he lose his salvation while being Gay and then regain it after? Of course not! You can’t jump in and out of being born of God. If you’re a son of God you are a son permanently.
Salvation is eternal!
There’s no going back and forth with the recreation of your spirit, once it’s done it’s done forever. You may certainly go in and out of fellowship with God but never in and out of relationship with Him.
So, can you be a Christian and practice a Gay lifestyle? As wrong and perverted as this is, yes you can.
The explanation given above is valid if we look at the question from the first perspective, which is, you’re already a Christian and you backslide into a homosexual lifestyle. Yes, this is possible.
As an addendum to this line of reasoning let me explain that this scenario may result from someone being a homosexual before becoming born again but never getting specific deliverance from the spirits of homosexuality and sexual perversion which resurfaced and attacked him during a period of weakness in his life.
This happens all the time with Christians who were living in sexual bondage or some other type of perverted lifestyle like Drugs or the Occult, before getting saved.
There must be specific deliverance from specific demons after leading such a lifestyle because these types of lifestyles open specific doorways in your life for demonic infestation and eventually possession.
I was involved with the Occult for eight years before becoming born again and received deliverance from demonic spirits several months after becoming saved. I have some personal experience in dealing with demons so what I’m writing here is not something I learned in Bible School – I never went to Bible School… This is years of experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the Word of God.

Part 2

.
Now, let’s look at it from the second perspective.
Someone is Gay and wants to become a Christian. Can they remain Gay and be a Bible-believing Christian? No, they cannot!
Can someone be Gay and Christian at the same time? No!
If you are Gay and want to become a Christian you have to be willing to give up your Gay lifestyle, plain and simple.
Here’s the reason why:
Your lifestyle is based on a particular philosophy or world-view, a mental paradigm which is contrary to the nature of God and the principles which govern His kingdom.
In order to become a Christian you must give up not primarily our lifestyle but the philosophy upon which your lifestyle is based and when you give up the philosophy the lifestyle will follow.
This is actually what repentance is.
Repentance is an exchange of philosophies or world-views, it’s a profound paradigm shift which leads to a lifestyle transformation.
There are two aspects to homosexuality… The philosophy and the lifestyle.
To become a Christian you first have to give up (repent of) the philosophy and the lifestyle will follow.
That’s the purpose of the indwelling Holy Spirit, He empowers you to live in holiness as you walk in submission to God’s will day by day.

 

The Constitution of the Kingdom of God

Both John the Baptist and Jesus came saying the same thing – “Repent! For the kingdom of God is at hand.”
The kingdom of God represents a particular world-view or philosophy which everyone needs to adopt in order to enter into a relationship with God.
Just as there are three levels of salvation there are also three dimensions to your relationship with God.
1) When you become a Christian, God becomes your Father and you become His son.
2) Becoming a Christian also means you’re engaged in spiritual warfare with demonic forces out to destroy everything godly so God also becomes your Commander-in-Chief and you become His soldier in a spiritual war.
3) God is a King and Jesus Christ is described as “The King of Kings” so when we enter into relationship with God we also become His Subjects. Another way to say subjects is to say Citizens.
A kingdom is a type of government, a government rules a nation and every nation has citizens – We are citizens of the Kingdom or Government of God.
Referring to Christians, the Bible says, “But you are a chosen people… a holy nation, a people belonging to God…” 1 Peter 2:9
Every government also has a Constitution. The principles outlined and expounded on in the Holy Bible form the Constitution of the Government of God.
The constitution of every nation is formed by the philosophy of its government.

 

The Philosophy of the Constitution

The Framers of the US Constitution had a philosophy of a land of freedom from tyranny and formed a Constitution based upon that philosophy.
The Bible instructs our philosophy or world-view as Christians and as loyal subjects or citizens of God’s government we live and die by its teachings and principles.
Every soldier/citizen/son of America who died in battle did so because they believed in something, and that something is enshrined in the US Constitution; that it’s the right of citizens of the United States to defend their freedom and way of life.
For the Christian it is precisely the same… only more so.
We are citizens of a government that will one day supersede every other government on the planet. We are subjects of a King who is the greatest Ruler the universe has ever seen or will ever see.
This is why you cannot remain Gay and become a Christian. Your basic philosophy violates the constitution of the kingdom to which you want to become a citizen.
Here’s what the constitution says and I quote, “It is disgusting for a man to have sex with another man.” (Leviticus 18:22) (The Contemporary English Version)
And here’s the reasoning behind this philosophy.
“From heaven God shows how angry he is with all the wicked and evil things that sinful people do to crush the truth. They know everything that can be known about God, because God has shown it all to them. God’s eternal power and character cannot be seen. But from the beginning of creation, God has shown what these are like by all he has made.
That’s why those people don’t have any excuse. They know about God, but they don’t honor him or even thank him. Their thoughts are useless, and their stupid minds are in the dark. They claim to be wise, but they are fools. They don’t worship the glorious and eternal God.
So God let these people go their own way. They did what they wanted to do, and their filthy thoughts made them do shameful things with their bodies. They gave up the truth about God for a lie, and they worshiped God’s creation instead of God, who will be praised forever. Amen…
…God let them follow their own evil desires. Women no longer wanted to have sex in a natural way, and they did things with each other that were not natural. Men behaved in the same way. They stopped wanting to have sex with women and had strong desires for sex with other men. They did shameful things with each other, and what has happened to them is punishment for their foolish deeds.” (Romans 1:18-27) (The Contemporary English Version)
In verse 26 of the King James Version it says, “vile affections” instead of “evil desires” the meaning of the word “vile” from the Greek among other things is “with contempt for myself”
I found that to be particularly interesting.

 

Created in God’s Image

Part of the underlying reason for homosexual behavior is having contempt for oneself.
This makes perfect sense.
You see, to embrace the doctrine of homosexuality you would have to, by default, reject the very image of God inside of you and reject His most basic purpose for your life which is to reproduce other beings in His image and likeness.
How could you obey the most primary of all commands in the Bible if as a woman you refuse to marry and have sex with a man? And as a man you refuse to marry and have sex with a woman?
The very first instruction God gave to the human race was to reproduce so as to multiply and fill the universe with His image. This is part of the fundamental purpose of mankind – To reproduce the image of God.
Here’s what the Bible says, “So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…” (Gen 1:27-28)
The homosexual philosophy is at its heart anti-Biblical, anti-God and anti-Christian!
So, when the Gay person says to me they love God and believe in the Bible I know that’s a lie. The fact that they would even say this tells me they have no understanding of the principles of the kingdom of God and of His Constitution.
Sadly, they may really think they love God and believe His word but in reality they don’t, they’re being deceived by the devil.

Enemies of God

.
Don’t feel alienated if you’re Gay and reading this because the Bible actually says that all of us human beings are enemies of God before we are saved.
I was in your position before I understood this and so is every person on the planet. We are all enemies of God before we accept Jesus Christ as our Redeemer. It doesn’t matter how much we think we love God! Jesus said, “If you love me keep my commandments.”
Speaking to us Christians, Paul, the Apostle says, “And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight.” Colossians 1:21-22
You see, we all were once enemies of God – This is what it means to be born in sin!
Sister and Brother Gay Person, the truth is you have already rejected God and His Doctrine to the point that you no longer see yourself as created in His image and to fulfill His purpose.
By your actions you deny the most basic purpose of God for your life which is to reproduce other beings in God’s image and to lead them in worshiping Him.
This is your primary purpose for existence so when you as a male, say that you no longer have any desire for women you’re declaring to God that you reject His purpose for your existence and reject His authority over your life.
You need to repent.
As does each of us – We all need to repent.
First, every human being needs to perform the initial act of repentance where we surrender that particular doctrine or philosophy which is contrary to the principles of the kingdom of God – the one that’s preventing us from entering into relationship with God as Father, and totally embrace the philosophy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Jesus said, “I am the way…” and He’s the only way to enter into a relationship with God and His Kingdom.
Secondly, we need to repent on a daily basis of all our other thought patterns and mental habits that are contrary to God’s principles and embrace and practice those that are consistent with His nature and His character.
Can a Gay person remain a practicing Homosexual and become a Bible-believing Christian? No. Absolutely not!
He or she needs to repent, that is to exchange his or her homosexual philosophy and embrace and act upon the philosophy of the Kingdom of God – Specifically the Gospel of Jesus Christ to become Born Again!

Re-Thinking Homosexuality in Light of God’s Original Intent For Humanity.

 

God made human beings in His image and He made them male and female therefore anything other than male and female is not made in the image of God and is a perversion of nature.

 

God’s original mandate to the human race was to be fruitful and multiply so that His image would be reproduced throughout the universe.

 

The homosexual philosophy and lifestyle directly contradicts God’s primary purpose for humanity… and therefore wrong.
